• The Kidney Foundation’s Cash for Christmas is a 50/50 raffle with ticket sales beginning on October 27, 2025 from 12:00 am to midnight on November 15, 2025,11:59 pm MST and is open to the public.

• Tickets can be purchased online through the www.CashForChristmas.ca website from Oct 27 – Nov 15, 2025.

• Tickets can be purchased in person at the following locations and dates;
  IKEA (1311 102 St NW, Edmonton) – Nov 13-14, 2025 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
  Southgate Mall (5015 111 St NW, Edmonton) – Nov 13-15, 2025 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
  West Edmonton Mall (8882 170 St NW, Edmonton) – Nov 13-15 10:00 am to 9:00 pm

• The winner of the Cash for Christmas 50/50 can win 50% of ticket sales up to $1,000,0000 but the total prize is based on the number of tickets sold.

• Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a ticket and the name of a minor must not be on the ticket. If it is determined prior to the draw that a ticket has been issued to a minor, the ticket is deemed void and the purchaser refunded. Tickets may only be purchased or sold in Alberta.

• Tickets available for sale are:

• 1 ticket for $5 )

• 60 tickets for $20 ()

• 200 tickets for $50 ()

• 500 tickets for $100 (7,750)

• No refunds are available.

• If more than one name is on the winning ticket stub, the prize will be awarded to the name of the individual that is listed first. The Service Provider and Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis are not responsible for resolving any disputes which may arise among individuals who are listed on the ticket.

• The draw is open to the public. Employees, Board Members and volunteers of the Kidney Foundation, their family and friends are eligible to purchase tickets. Staff of the Service Provider and their immediate family members are prohibited from purchasing tickets.

• The winning ticket will be drawn on November 17, 2025, at 11:00 am MST by Random Number Generator (RNG) at The Kidney Foundation, Northern Alberta and The Territories Branch, 202-11227 Jasper Ave, Edmonton, AB T5K 0L5.

• The winner will be notified by The Kidney Foundation Northern Alberta and The Territories Branch via email and via phone following the draw on November 17, 2025.

• Files are continuously backed up by the Service Provider in the unexpected event of a power failure. In the event of a power failure the draw will be postponed and take place immediately once power has been restored.

• The prizes must be claimed within 90 days of receiving notification of holding the winning ticket.

• If the prizes are not claimed within 90 days of notification, The Kidney Foundation Northern Alberta and The Territories Branch will retain all proceeds with AGLC approval.

• The prize payment will be in the form of a cheque.

• The ticket number and name of the winner will be published on www.CashForChristmas.ca and www.kidney.ca/nabt as well as on The Kidney Foundation Northern Alberta and The Territories social media platforms and Kidney E-Newsletter.
